Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, the Revealer of the Book
and the streamer of clouds, and blessings and peace be upon our
master Muhammad and his pure and pure family, and his faithful
companions.
And After:
The interest in the Noble Qur’an and its service through its
related sciences and related arts is not something new, rather it is
the most important thing that our venerable scholars have been
concerned with since ancient times, for they have classified many
works in that.
The book (Fath al-Mannan fi Tafsir al-Qur’an) is written by
Mahmoud bin Masoud bin al-Shirazi, who was born in Shiraz in the
year 634 AH and died in Tabriz in the year 710 AH. One of the
important interpretations that a student of knowledge needs to know
and understand the meanings of the verses of the Qur’an.
My research work is divided into three sections, and this is
preceded by an introduction and ends with a conclusion.
As for the first topic: the life of the author, and the second
topic: the author’s approach which he stated in the introduction to
his book and his approach that was not declared, which I deduced
through my investigation of Surat al-Qamar, and the third topic: the
author’s sources in his book.
