Abstract

Symbolism in modern Islamic poetry represents a fundamental pillar of poetic structure, not merely a decorative stylistic element. The theoretical and analytical chapters have demonstrated that Islamic symbols are carefully employed to convey doctrinal, ethical, political, and aesthetic meanings, enabling the poet to express their concerns in suggestive ways that transcend direct discourse and stimulate the reader to reflect and participate in the production of meaning. Modern Islamic poetry has witnessed a remarkable development in its expressive tools, most notably symbolism, which has become a prominent artistic means of conveying doctrinal and social messages.
