The aim of this study is to find out the obstacles facing the work of social specialists in institutions for the blind people. This is according to the opinion of social specialists, in the aspects of (social specialist work, institutions for the blind People, visually impaired people in the institution and families of the blind people), and the knowledge of the social worker's suggestions for overcoming the obstacles to work in the institution. This research consists of three parts, The first part consists of the genres of the research and definition of concepts and previous research. The second part of the research is the theories of social work and its roles with the blind people. The third part deals with the methodological and field procedures of the research.
