Abstract

Recent years have witnessed remarkable development in the fields of knowledge and information technology, as the latter has become an essential and indispensable element in all areas of scientific, cultural and intellectual life. This has led to the emergence of what is called the era of the knowledge revolution or the information age, resulting in the emergence of a new technological information science known as artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence, with its various uses and applications, and as one of the applied sciences, has become an important role in many fields and areas. The importance of this topic is highlighted in that it highlights the impact of technology on human rights in light of the change and development of modern technology on the one hand, and the use of this technology by individuals and various entities to protect human rights on the one hand and violate them on the other. This is because rapid scientific progress has enabled humans to harness their technological applications to protect their own rights or the rights of others, or to exploit this technology to violate the rights of other individuals. Technology is not an end in itself, but rather a means through which humans can protect individuals and enhance their various rights. Artificial intelligence is considered one of the most prominent modern technologies that has the ability to enhance and improve matters in various areas of life, as it allows systems and devices to benefit from data and learn from it to make informed decisions.
