With the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in media content production across all three formats (audio, visual, and written), legal violations and abuses have emerged, affecting both whistleblowers and message recipients. Furthermore, a legal gap has arisen in determining who bears legal responsibility for these violations resulting from the production of media content using AI tools (whistleblower, media organization, developer, or algorithms). Accordingly, this research aims to understand the degree of legal adaptation in countries where media organizations use AI in content production. The central question is: Have these countries adapted their legal and legislative frameworks to accommodate and address the legal violations arising from this use? More specifically, the question is: What is the legal framework for the use of AI in media content production, and what is its impact on whistleblowers within media organizations?
